Cellular Detoxification Footbaths were designed to address the negative effects of toxic buildup in the body - especially for heavy metals. They are offered in this natural health practice as a separate service from Bowen Therapy. Although highly compatible when used after a Bowen session, Detox Footbaths can also be used in isolation to support the release of toxins. Cellular detoxification is vital for health.
Ionic Cleansing Explained - All cells and organs need adequate energy to function properly. According to energy measurements, healthy cell function (i.e., nutrient absorption and waste discharge) registers between 70-90 millivolts. However, our current exposure to exorbitant amounts of toxins is unbalanced and the body's cleansing capabilities become overburdened. As toxic residues build up, cells cannot operate at peak efficiency and their overall functioning diminishes. For example, stressed and damaged cells (i.e., cancer cells) measure at only 10-20 millivolts. Compromised cellular function results in poor nutrient absorption and inadequate cellular waste discharge - eventually contributing to chronic illness.
This Detox Footbath device produces a direct micro-current of 300-400 millivolts (from an internal battery-operated energy source) which creates an energy field similar to that produced by the human body. This new bio-available energy helps to move cells toward homeostasis and their natural frequency (energetic vibration). Increased cellular vibration from the ionic energy field helps to restore and normalize the body's pH and energy levels. The cellular cleansing process is also enhanced because the energy field functions like a magnet that draws negative and positive ions together. This helps negate the harmful effects of free radicals and other toxins by assisting in their elimination (toxins are dislodged at an increased rate).
At the beginning of each session, a sea-salt water solution is prepared in the footbath as a conduit for exchanging (negative and positive) ions. Within seconds of placing one’s feet in clear, warm water, millions of ions recharge the body and begin to neutralize tissue acid wastes. Over the course of the session, the resulting dramatic color change of the water is visual confirmation of the detoxification process.

benefits - Clinical testing after Detox Footbath sessions shows a substantial increase in muscular relaxation, range-of-motion, and strength - indicating an increase in cellular energy. Any increase in cellular energy has the potential for improving general health. Rates and
Scheduling - Individual sessions cost $35. Although single cleansing sessions are beneficial, additional sessions are suggested due to a lifetime of toxic buildup. A complimentary session is offered when a series of 10 sessions is completed (no time limit). Sessions are 30 minutes long and are scheduled by appointment only.
Consumer's Note - Some Detox Footbath units do not provide the same level of performance and consumers unknowingly may receive sub-standard services. The Detox Footbath device should be dual-polarity and operate at an effective frequency range.
